Supplier Diversity UPS is committed to ensuring our supplier diversity process strengthens and empowers small, minority- and women-owned businesses to drive economic development in our communities.

It has always been UPS's policy to offer these enterprises the opportunity to compete on an equal basis with all suppliers. From procurement of print materials to the repairing of facilities and equipment, we consider diverse suppliers in every purchase. 

UPS also strives to influence diversity practices among our business partners. In addition to developing strategic relationships with minority- and women-owned businesses, we encourage our current major suppliers to support these firms.
