UPS’s Community Internship Program is an unconventional, one-of-a-kind
management training program. We believe that one of the best ways to train
managers is to take them out of their offices and immerse them in an environment
very different from their own...exposing them to situations and issues their
employees, co-workers and UPS customers might experience in their day-to-day
